6 Bedroom House in Enterprise, Las Vegas

A stunning private 5200 square foot custom home is on a half acre 10 minutes to the Strip! Recently remodeled, new furniture and beds. Two very large master bedrooms, walk-in closets, flat screen televisions and more! The main Master has a jacuzzi tub, fireplace and a separate entrance for additional privacy. All of the bedrooms are huge. The backyard has a swimming pool, hot tub, waterfall, fire pit, fire table and grill. Large gorgeous chef's kitchen, WiFi and sound system throughout the home and more. This house is not in a typical residential neighborhood with houses on top of you, this is custom community with half acre lots or larger, very few neighbors. Do not be fooled by these cramped track homes with tiny bedrooms and photoshopped pictures, this is the real thing with huge rooms and high ceilings .
From the moment you walk on the property you realize the possibilities of comfortably relaxing, cooking and entertaining. WiFi is available and the whole house (inside and out) offers a sound system, allowing you the opportunity to connect your music devices.
The chef's kitchen is stocked with everything you need if you want to cook at home...just one trip to the nearby grocery store for fresh and specialty items is all that's required. We provide glassware, stemware, flatware, dishes, multiple pots and pans (including roasting pan), serving platters and bowls, bakeware, utensils, gadgets, plasticware for storing left-overs, plastic wrap, foil and built-in wine rack. Additionally we provide herbs and spices, and the refrigerator is loaded with condiments. Also available are Ninja blender, Cuisinart 14-cup coffee maker, crock pot, and rice cooker. All major appliances are upgraded, including an oversized side-by-side refrigerator/freezer. The two large dining tables inside can accommodate up to 16 people.
The living and family rooms offer lots of seating and space to relax and enjoy time with your friends and family.
Your outdoor entertaining options include BBQ grill, poolside dining with seating for up to 22 people, outdoor living room, and covered patio with ceiling fans and lights. The pool and spa are heated so you can enjoy our lovely weather day and night. The pool is heated free with solar. In the winter months the pool may not be warm enough and you have the option to heat the pool with propane for an additional fee. The spa is always free. We provide chaise lounge chairs plus extra chairs and pool towels. You can also gather around one of two fire pits, wood-burning and gas fire pits if the nights get chilly.

Bedroom 5- Brand new luxurious sofa sleeper.
Loft/Bedroom 6 – 2 Queens (brand new sleeper sofas), shared bathroom

The house is conveniently located to the freeway, minutes from the strip, close to dining and shopping. There is a Vons grocery store 4 minutes away (1.7 miles) and a large shopping center 5 miles away with a Walmart, Sam's Club and more. There is also a Costco 11 miles away via freeway. Security cameras are provided outside the house for your safety and protection.

Summary: The house is pretty much as advertised on VRBO. It’s a large and spacious home, that is well furnished, stocked with basics including spices and condiments, and also well maintained. Very easy to communicate with the owner who was very reasonable with all requests.A great location close to the airport and strip to accommodate responsible groups with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, a game room, large kitchen and family area, as well as various outdoor seating areas, gardens, and games. Exactly what we were looking for.It’s not a party house, and has rules with regard to respecting the property and neighbors rights as well, which was what we wanted. Overall, we had an excellent time in LV including fantastic experiences at the sphere. The house was pretty much perfect for our group. I would recommend and stay again.

Summary: I just went for a meeting and though our trip was cut short, the home was wonderful! Anything f you could possibly need was already there. It was the perfect location for me- a quick 10 minutes to my meeting and still close enough to the strip. The beds were super comfy and my teen boys had plenty to keep them busy with games and the game table upstairs. We greatly enjoyed our time there. The host was super responsive and very nice. Thanks so much!

Summary: First off, I heard from the host with the code for the home long before I even made it to the area. Host is great if you need anything communicated. He’s fast to get back with you and also checked up to make sure you are good and don’t need anything. The hose is large and in good condition. It is as advertised. Beds…. This is an important one for me; the beds were comfortable and I was able to get good rest while there. House is kept stock with the essentials you would want it to be stocked with. No complaints here. 5/5 star.

Summary: Great location and Perfect house off the strip! There was plenty of room for 20 of us, the house was very spacious inside and out. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need! The home was well maintained and clean. Communication was great throughout our stay! We will be back!

Summary: We just returned after a week there with a large group of extended family. With the exception of a few minor details, everything was exactly as advertised, and Dan, the host, was exceptionally responsive. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. And the baths had plenty of towels and linens. The location provided easy access to the highways and only about 15 minutes from the strip, which made for a very easy driving experience. We would definitely return.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at the house -- it's beautiful -- high ceilings, a large upstairs family room perfect for gathering and for recreation. We were there with a large group of kids and the pool table, ping pong table, and shuffleboard kept everyone happy, laughing, and entertained. The teens were even enticed to be off their phones!The large dining area was perfect for family style dinners, and the kitchen was spacious enough for several people to be prepping and helping out at the same time. The beds were super comfortable ("like a hotel!" per one well-traveled guest), and quiet, peaceful atmosphere was a welcome respite from the chaos of the strip. Highly recommend!

Summary: Had a wonderful time in this beautiful large home! Plenty of space for our group of 10 and you can't beat the location close to grocery stores and restaurants. Also the perfect distance from the Las Vegas Strip and other activities such as horseback riding, kayaking and exploring the desert on ATVs. Don't hesitate to stay in this amazing home. Summary: We were a group of 13 (adults) family who gathered as Vegas is a good middle ground for us to meet. Some drove and some flew, and there was plenty of room for the drivers and it's a short Uber for the flyers. The house has plenty of room for visiting and making meals and playing cards and catching up. There was a cold spell with high winds while we visited so we didn't use the backyard, but it looks like a lot of fun, too. Dan is a great communicator and funny, and was great helping us troubleshoot a small problem. There are tons of spaces to visit and watch football and play pool and have fun. I've stayed in homes with poor or minimal items to cook and entertain with, but this one was great. We will gather here again when we can!

Summary: The place was absolutely incredible! We had an amazing time and loved everything about it. The communication throughout the process was fantastic, and the follow-up was very helpful.
